Compensation will be based on your experience. If you are new to the industry we are not shy about increasing your compensation as you learn the role and acquire experience.

Job description

You will be working on residential rooftop solar installations, using basic tools, working as part of a team, and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused results. 

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, clean driving record
• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to comfortably work on a roof
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Focus on quality and a positive customer experience
• Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• At least two recent employment references or the ability to pass a background check

What a typical day on the job looks like

• Showing up on time to installation site, usually mornings around 8:00 am
• Taking direction from site lead on daily tasks
• Working as a team to complete site tasks including:
  • Unpacking materials
  • Moving racking and panels to roof
  • Installation of racking and panels
  • Site clean up
• Customers will be home and may have questions
